Seasoning Granulation Line is an integrated seasoning powder processing system designed to transform fine powders into uniform, free-flowing granules. This advanced seasoning granulation line combines key processes, including precise mixing, wet granulation, efficient drying, and accurate screening to ensure consistent particle size and improved product quality. Widely used in the food industry, the system is also known as a spice granulation line, making it ideal for producing instant seasonings, flavored powders, and spice blends with enhanced solubility, reduced dust, and better flowability.
Using a Seasoning granulation line offers significant advantages over traditional powder processing. By transforming fine powders into uniform granules, manufacturers can improve flowability, making the product easier to handle, store, and package. Granulation also helps reduce dust, creating a cleaner production environment and minimizing material loss. In addition, granules provide better solubility, especially for instant food applications, ensuring faster and more consistent dissolution. Most importantly, this process can improve product value, as granulated seasonings are often perceived as higher quality, more stable, and more convenient for end users.
Raw Material Feeding → Powder Conveying → Automatic Weighing & Dosing → Wet Mixing → Granulation → Drying → Sieving → Packaging → Recycling of Oversized/Undersized Particles

This systematic process ensures that the spices granulation line integrates each key piece of equipment—from the wet mixing system to the packing machine—to deliver products with excellent flowability, uniform particle size, and consistent high quality, making it ideal for modern food production.

The seasoning powder processing system is composed of several key machines that work together to ensure efficient, hygienic, and consistent production. Each piece of equipment plays a critical role in the overall seasoning powder processing system:
The process begins with raw material feeding, where seasoning powders are introduced through a dust-free feeding station, ensuring stable input while minimizing dust and manual handling. The material is then transferred via a vacuum feeder as part of a fully enclosed powder conveying system, enabling clean, efficient, and contamination-free transport between equipment.
The seasoning powders enter an integrated automatic weighing and dosing system combined with a high shear wet mixer, where ingredients are precisely measured and immediately mixed with liquid binders. This combined process ensures accurate batching, uniform moisture distribution, and optimal preparation for efficient wet granulation while improving overall process efficiency.
During granulation, the wetted material is transformed into uniform granules using a basket granulator or swing granulator. This is a key step in the seasoning wet granulation line, improving particle size distribution and product flowability.
The wet instant granules then enter the drying stage, typically using a static fluidized bed dryer. This removes excess moisture while maintaining the structure and quality of the seasoning granules. Importantly, our static fluidized bed dryer not only provides a continuous drying process but also meets GMP requirements.
The vibrating sieve classifies granules based on size. It removes oversized and fine particles, ensuring uniform granule size and allowing off-spec materials to be recycled.
Qualified granules are then transferred to the packaging system, where they are automatically weighed, filled, and sealed into final packages such as sachets or bags.
Finally, any oversized or undersized particles are returned to the process through a recycling system. This closed-loop design minimizes waste and maximizes raw material utilization in the granulation line.

This makes wet granulation the preferred method for seasoning granule production.
This wet granulator system is suitable for producing spice granules, soup granules, instant drink granules, and other food granules.
Yes, it is suitable for instant drink granulation, including coffee mix granules, cocoa drink granules, Ginger tea, and other beverage powders.
Yes, the wet granulation system can be customized based on different products, capacities, and process requirements.
Spice granules are typically produced by first mixing powder ingredients, then adding a binder in a high shear mixer to form wet mass. The material is granulated using a granulator, followed by drying (such as fluid bed drying) and final sieving to achieve the desired particle size.
Yes, the Seasoning Granulation Line can handle sticky powders by optimizing the formulation and process parameters. Using proper binders, controlled liquid addition, and suitable mixing and granulation equipment ensures stable processing without clogging or agglomeration issues.
A well-known pharmaceutical manufacturer in China, Sanjiu Pharmaceutical, required a highly efficient and automated production solution for cold medicine granules. To meet their large-scale production demand, they purchased two complete granulation production lines from our company.
Each line is designed with a capacity of 2.5 tons per hour, achieving a total output of 5 tons per hour across both lines.
