Rocking Powder Mixer Introduction

The mixing chamber of the rocking mixing machine is rocking and rotating in 3-dimensional axes (x,y, and z) with mixing blades inside the chamber. Because the mixing chamber is moving in 3-dimensional axes, it provides more force to the mixing blade to make the product well mixed and have less production time.

After the mixing is finished, the discharge process will start and it could be done automatically or manually in 3-5minutes.

      This powder rocking mixer is a compact system and it only requires a small space. The rocking mixer is easy and simple to operate, and it is quiet and safe. The mixing chamber design is simple, so it's easy to clean. This machine is a most useful mixer for GMP foods and pharmaceuticals industries use.

Rocking Powder Mixers Working Principles

Rocking powder mixers mainly consist of three big parts. rotating barrel, swinging rack, and frame. The rotating cylinder lies on the swinging rack, supported by four wheels and its axial fixation is done by two stop wheels, Two of the four wheels are driven by a rotating system to make the barrel rotate. The swinging rack is driven by a set of crand shaft swinging bars which are mounted on the frame and the swinging rack is supported on the frame.

The rotating barrel of the Two Dimension Mixing Machine can make two motions at the same time. One is the rotation of the barrel and the other is the swinging of the barrel along the swinging rack. Materials to be mixed will be rotated when the barrel is rotating and will be mixed from left to right and vice versa when the cylinder is swinging. As a result of these two motions, materials can be mixed fully in a short time. A two-dimensional motion mixer is suitable for mixing all powder and granule materials.

How Does a EYH Series Rocking Powder Mixer Work?

The rotating barrel of the EYH Series Two-Dimensional Mixing Machine can make two motions at the same time. One is the rotation of the barrel and the other is the swinging of the barrel along the swinging rack.
