Process Description

The wet mixing granulator and wet sizing mill are installed as an integrated unit. After wet granulation, the wet granules are directly transferred by vacuum conveying into the fluid bed dryer for efficient and uniform drying.

After drying, the material is discharged into the dry sizing mill to obtain the required particle size distribution. Finally, the dried granules are transferred to the powder mixer to ensure excellent homogeneity before further processing or tableting/capsule filling.
