Vacuum Conveying System Description

 HS series Vacuum Conveying System is a new style feeder. The negative pressure is formed by the blower pump. Its maximum negative pressure may reach over 40000Pa. The filtration of powder duct can be filtration by a new style filter element. The accuracy of filtration may reach 10μm. Meanwhile, the vacuum powder transfer has set reversed blowing system of compressed air to clean the dust of the filter so which makes the feeding efficiency higher.

The vacuum conveyor is comprised of a vacuum blower, feeding tube, PE filter, vacuum hopper, automatic control device, and pneumatic discharging device. it needs a client to supply the compressed air (Compress air pressure:0.3-0.4Mpa ).

Vacuum Transfer System for Open Container Loading

Vacuum Conveying Systems on a Mobile Frame mobile conveyors are furnished with lift frames to accommodate varying discharge heights. Units are easily rolled to and positioned at the desired discharge point. Material can be drawn from a container, a feed bin, or a pickup adapter under a bin or process vessel.

How does vacuum Conveyor Work?

The vacuum conveying systems work on a cyclic operation where the system conveys for a set time, conveying stops, the discharge valves open and the filters are cleaned. This sequence is then repeated. Continuous transfer can be achieved by utilizing a rotary valve at the outlet of the receiver.
