Overview

The customer learned about the crumb dryer equipment that we can produce breadcrumbs through our company website, and put forward the treat capacity per hour and specific requirements, our engineer considering the small output capacity and the particle size of 2-3 mm, Hywell Machinery designed static fluidized bed drying machine.

Challenge

Our customer needed a brand new crumb drying machine that could solve three important problems. First of all, the customer is building a new bread crumb drying factory. The factory space is small, so we must solve the problem that the workshop can install our drying machine. Secondly, the customer is a new factory and start business, so there is less capital. We must reduce all costs from the perspective of the customer, not only the cost of dryer line, and it also the cost of transportation and installation. Finally, the crumbs produced by the bread crumb drier line must reach the required moisture content and need to be uniform.

Result

Considering the cost and workshop space, the engineer of hywell machinery selected the XF-80B static boiling dryer (static fluid bed dryer) according to the parameters provided by the customer. After signing the contract, our company quickly produced the XF fluid bed dryer and sent it to the customer's use site. the customer's expectation was fully met and  the customer is very satisfied
