What are the options for the Rapid Mixer Granulator?
According to the customer's usage, the Rapid blending granulator has the following options:
1. Impellers Design
Y-shaped rotor blade with special aerodynamic profile, this key element with the various product optimized chopper designs are the result of many years of successful development.
2.Construction Material & Finish
We are able to offer our high mixer mixers with contact part to be built in SS304, S316/316L, Titanium, Duplex stainless steel, etc. Standard of internal and external finish can be adapted to the customer’s needs. For abrasive materials we offer hardened Stainless Steel as the contact part.
3. Feeding & Discharging
A variety of feeding & discharging methods can be selected by the customers.it can use vacuum conveyor to feeding charging
4. Drive System
Drive system of rapid mixer granulator machine by geared motor, cycloidal reducer, worm reducer, belt or chain transmission, etc. all motor control speed by inverter
5. Spray liquid system
Liquid can be added into the powder by spray nozzles on the top. and the liquid tank can use heating and stir device base different liquid.
